What a beautiful day!
We went into central Athens today with my sis to take part in Race for the Cure to raise awareness and money for Breast Cancer and we were both so touched by how many people showed up. It was really well-organised and the fantastic weather made it a really fun day overall. We're both really amazed and inspired by how much the city has managed to achieve during such a difficult economic and political time and with all of the bad press we've been getting...
It reminded us that the Greek spirit is still alive and well and going very very strong. Needless to say, we're very proud of our country!
