Remember how I said America knew how to do breakfast? Well, I wasn't kidding! I probably consumed a grand total of 50 pancakes out there - hands down my favourite breakfast. That's not to say we didn't come across other mouthwatering delicacies including eggs benedict and the hubby's fave, huevos rancheros.
